Associate Accounts Payable - Vendor & Employee Payments

**Job Location**:Kanjurmarg

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for executing the company's day
- to-day vendor and Expense Claim - accounts payable operations ( PAN India). The person will ensure accurate and timely vendor payments while continually working toward process improvements and best of class service. The person is responsible for maintaining accurate vendor balances and assist in the audits. The associate is expected to meet regular operational and reporting deadlines.

**Job Accountabilities**:
Ø Review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy, proper recording and timely payment in accordance with payment terms

Ø Accurately process supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Ø Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers, ensuring adherence to payment terms.

Ø Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records, including invoices, payment documentation, and vendor files.

Ø Assist in AP reconciliation and month-end closing processes.

Ø Generate AP reports and provide support for financial reporting as needed.

Ø Ensure compliance with TDS and GST laws and company policies.

Ø Ensure the daily activities of the Accounts Payable (Vendor & Employee payments) Maintain the TAT, Paid on time matrix, NIL Duplicate payments, accuracy in payments etc.

Ø Interacting with Internal / external stakeholders for resolution of invoices queries.

Ø Resolving outstanding vendor invoice issues and vendor reconciliation on periodical basis.

Ø Preparing the period end schedule with the Controllers.

Ø Desired Skills and Experience

Ø Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP/Oracle.

Ø Effective interpersonal & communications skills

Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities

Ø Ability to work in a team environment.

Ø Account reconciliation skills.

**Experience**:
1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts payable function

**Qualifications**
- B.Com/M.Com/Graduate/ Inter CA/CMA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
