Conservation Biologist

TCF is looking for passionate professionals committed to nature conservation and community engagement to join our team and contribute to various ongoing projects across its divisions.

Qualification:
Msc in Environmental Science, Wildlife Science, Zoology, Botany

Duration:
Duration: One-Year Contractual (extension depends upon performance)

**Profile Summary**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ecological research within conservation landscapes
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
- Possesses a valid LMV and motorcycle driving license
- Deep passion for wildlife conservation and a strong commitment to promoting human-wildlife coexistence
- Proficient in conducting on-ground ecological research and using relevant software tools for ecological and social research
- Excellent report writing and communication skills in English; fluency in spoken Hindi is essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field-based Flora and Fauna
- Lead and support community outreach initiatives, school awareness programs, and nature education camps
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports
- Support key project activities as assigned by the Project Head

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to work in remote field locations
- Should be prepared to travel frequently and work in challenging field conditions
