**Job Summary**:
We are seeking diligent and efficient individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker/Packers. The role involves selecting and packing items accurately for customer orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan and label packages correctly before dispatch.
- Assist in unloading incoming shipments and verifying contents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: 10th pass certificate.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹17000, depending on location and experience.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
- Night shift allowances.
- Joining bonus up to ₹1,500 (varies by location).
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits.
- Nutritious meals provided per shift.

**Work Schedule**:

- 9-hour shifts Rotational shift
- Flexible working hours available.
