**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
