**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Content Curation and Creation**:

- Work on the given social media strategy to create engaging and relevant content.
- Take high-quality photos and videos as required for posts and stories.
- Develop visually appealing graphics in collaboration with the design team or independently.
- Write captivating captions and ensure alignment with the brand voice.

2. **Social Media Management**:

- Post content daily across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and leads generated via online ad campaigns.

3. **Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Participate in online discussions and interact with user-generated content.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates as needed.

4. **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

5. **Campaign Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support online advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all leads generated via campaigns are promptly followed up and documented.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media tools, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
