**Architect + 3D Visualizer "Expert" (1-4 Years Experience)**

**Location**: Deonar, Chembur - Mumbai
**Type**: Full-Time | Work from Office + Occasional WFH
**Timings**: Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM | 10 Public Holidays (Festivals)
**Probation**: 2 Months
**Compensation**: Salary based on proficiency

Bright Angle Design & Build is a boutique architecture and interior design studio based in Mumbai, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and turnkey projects.
This role will involve:

- **PRIMARY - 60%** international Villa / House projects using **only** **Revit** - **"Specialist in Revit -** absolutely essential for this role.
- **SECONDARY - 40%** Mumbai-based projects - primarily interior design using **Sketchup + Enscape & Autocad.**Job role includes - On-Site coordination for turnkey execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed **3D models & renders** for architecture and interiors. ( Primary)
- Create complete working drawings, details. ( Primary)
- Prepare presentation boards and client visuals
- Contribute to design discussions and creative problem-solving
- Manage multiple project tasks across design, execution, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams

**Education & Experience**
- **Preferred**: B.Arch / 3D Specialist in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape / Lumion
- Experience**:1 - 4 years** in a design or architecture firm _(freelance/ fresher 3D specialists with expert level software skills are also considered)_
- Strong portfolio in Revit (priority), 3D rendering ( Priority ), & working drawings made on both Revit & Autocad.

**Software Proficiency (Essential)**

**Revit (Expert Level)**
- Project setup, templates, levels & grids
- 2D/3D modeling - architecture & interiors
- Parametric families & custom components
- Schedules/BOQs, phasing, topography, linked models
- Quantity takeoffs, clash detection, sheet management
- Presentation visuals, walkthroughs, sun/shadow studies

**SketchUp (Expert Level)**
- Interior & architectural modeling
- Efficient use of layers, components, and textures
- Preparing models for rendering in Enscape
- Creating presentation-ready visuals

**Enscape (Expert Level)**
- Real-time rendering & lighting setup
- High-quality still renders and walkthroughs
- Material and texture optimization
- Interior & exterior visual presentation skills

**AutoCAD (Essential)**
- Drafting, detailing, layouts for architecture & interiors

**Other Software (Preferred / Bonus Skills)**
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Canva (presentation & social media creatives)
- Photo & video editing (basic skills)

**Skills & Attributes**
- Knowledge of both **architecture and interior design**:

- **Revit skills are the most important** requirement
- Excellent design sense and attention to detail
- Great communication & presentation skills
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn
- Multi-talented and adaptable to varied tasks
