**Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing of products and services
- Excellent communication skills matching the industry standard
- Ready to work on field with a working composition of 50% field work and 50% in-house marketing
- Pleasing personality with an acumen towards converting leads into business
- Must have an analytical approach towards solving problems
- Should be able to use Ms-Office Applications(Word,Excel,Powerpoint etc)
- Must be a basic tech savvy person and comfortable with computer usage

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for marketing the product and services of the company
- Responsible for converting leads into business
- Responsible for building and maintaining concrete marketing policies and drive result based on implementation of the same.
- Responsible for understanding the business goals and vision of the company
- Need to introspect own performance from time to time in line with the expectation of the superior
- Need to look into the long-term benefits of the company

**Salary**: 10k-15k.

**Education**:

- Graduate.

**Experience**:

- 0 - 2 years experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalighat, Kolkata - 700026, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
