**IT Apprentice (Onsite - Pune)**:

- Delhi, Delhi | Internship**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1.Technical Assistance:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist in resolving user queries and ensure timely escalation of complex issues.
- 2.**Network Support**:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Support network monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Participate in implementing network security measures.
- 3.**Asset Management**:

- Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software).
- Assist in documenting asset management processes.
- Support the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- 4.**Learning and Devel**opment**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to gain practical experience.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (CCNA certification preferred).
- Familiarity with asset management practices and tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
