We are hiring for "Lab Technician" in manufacturing company at Boisar, Maharashtra. **Responsive Industries Limited** **Company background** **Roles & Responsibilities** - As a Lab Technician in the Quality Control (QC) department, RM testing -PVC sheet, All Types sheets and etc. - Responsible for conducting quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques. - Maintain meticulous records of test results, analyze data for quality assurance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues. - With a strong background in chemical analysis methods, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. - Contribute to ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. - Testing all Inward material, testing each sample manufacturer in plant and manage all data according to Govt. Standard **Required Experience**: - 4 to 5 years in lab technician - Desired Professional Attributes and skills (knowledge, communication, leadership) - Communication skill written and spoken - Open to learn new things / concepts - Good Computer knowledge Regards, Plant Head Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - lab testing: 5 years (preferred) - Quality management: 4 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
