**Telemarketer - Amora Panchakarma Center**

**Short Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain Panchakarma therapies and wellness services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, prices, and booking appointments.
- Maintain a client database and follow up regularly for feedback or new bookings.
- Provide accurate information about Panchakarma treatments, therapies, and promotional offers.
- Work closely with the front desk and therapist teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Keep records of calls and client interactions using basic CRM tools or Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, and call handling apps).
- Positive attitude and interest in wellness and Ayurvedic therapies.

**Work Timings**:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
