**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Maintenance and Repair**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of college buildings, infrastructure, and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.

**2. Construction and Renovation**: Manage construction and renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.

**3. Facilities Management**: Ensure that college facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

**4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to building construction and maintenance.

**5. Budgeting and Cost Control**: Manage budgets and control costs for maintenance, repair, and construction projects.

**6. Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with college administrators, faculty, staff, and students to understand their needs and concerns.

**7. Team Management**: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and consultants.

**Requirements**:
**1. Qualifications**: Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.

**2. Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or facilities management.

**3. Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
