**Your Role**:
Responsibilities:
- Create a Content Plan for the key channels assigned to you and build a rich understanding of its target consumers
- Engage with the community to understand their pain points, achievements, and expectations helping them associate better with UrbanPro as a brand
- Be an active participant in designing and brainstorming all events and campaigns designed to educate, influence or convert target consumers
- Be an excellent and reliable content writer requiring mínimal supervision and re-writing of the work contributed for any project or assignment
- Work cross-functionally in a collaborative and constructive way to ensure all work is delivered on time and with high-quality output
- Deliver content strongly aligned with UrbanPro's brand identity for all content, design, and product collaterals
- Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the existing content library

Education: Graduate

Experience : Prior experience in successfully managing and engaging an online community of at least 1 Million followers for at least one social media platform

Prior experience as a content writer or copywriter for a strong and successful start-up or brand with a minimum of 3 Million Monthly Traffic.

Total Experience of at least 3 years with minimum of 1.5 years in a single company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
