- Provide personalized career counseling and guidance to students and professionals pursuing IT careers.
- Assist learners in identifying their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
- Connect learners with industry resources, job opportunities, and networking events.
- Stay updated with current IT industry trends and employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the academic and support teams to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Track and report on the career progression and success of learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; master's preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of the IT job market and career pathways.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards achieving their career goals.
