We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and manual tests to ensure product quality. You will play a vital part in our product development process by conducting thorough testing before product launches to ensure our software runs smoothly, meets client requirements, and delivers an excellent user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate manual testing activities.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software defects.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Generate logs to document testing phases and defect reports.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements.
- Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open/closed defect counts.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability and reliability.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both black-box and white-box testing.
- Ability to effectively report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (good to have).
- Manual Testing experience is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varachha, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
