Job Summary:
The Pantry Boy is responsible for managing the pantry or supply area within a factory. This role involves ensuring that all necessary supplies are available, maintaining inventory, and providing support to factory staff. The Pantry Boy plays a key role in keeping the work environment organized and ensuring that resources are efficiently distributed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Supply Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pantry supplies, including food, beverages, and other essentials.
- Replenish supplies as needed and place orders with suppliers when necessary.
- Ensure that all supplies are stored properly and are easily accessible.

2. **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the pantry area clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are stored according to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and pantry tools.

3. **Support Staff**:

- Provide support to factory staff by delivering supplies and addressing their needs related to pantry items.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining refreshments during breaks or special events.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and usage.
- Track and report on stock levels, usage patterns, and any discrepancies.

5. **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or hazards related to the pantry area to the appropriate personnel.

6. **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with factory staff and management regarding supply needs and any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the pantry services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a factory environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to a certain weight.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Capability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
