**About the role**

Location: Hyderabad
Role involves collaborate with Business and delivery teams to help them envision, plan, architect and design innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Own and drive Solution Design using Microsoft Power Platform by addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following Novartis architectural standards, quality and information security principles
- Strong hands-on experience in Solutioning/Developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Dataverse and implementing business processes automation using Power Automate
- Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Provide technical guidance to Power Platform developers, leading the project from technology standpoint
- Expertise in providing solutions involving integrations with enterprise systems like SAP, ServiceNow, etc. Understanding of integration patterns and standard processes. Experience in rolling out CoE Starter toolkit for Power Platform governance
- Assure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, Agile ways of working and adapting to DevSecOps, architectural roadmaps, regulatory/control requirements, and smooth transition of solutions to operations

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Overall 10-15 years of experience working with Microsoft stack (D365 / SharePoint / Power Platform / M365/.NET)
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Portals/Pages, Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate desktop
- 3+ Experience in developing solutions using any BPM platforms
- 2+ years of experience in project management, system design, or information systems
- Power Platform related certifications (PL-900, PL-600)
- Familiarity with relational database concepts. Exposure to RPA and Cognitive solutions
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.Exposer to Pharma industry and awareness of GXP process will have an added advantage
