- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reception desk and check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest queries and provide local travel/tour guidance
- Coordinate with the team to deliver excellent service
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
