Role Description:
Develop unique and trend-forward têxtile designs that align with the company’s brand identity and current market trends.

Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute design concepts, from initial idea to final product, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and client expectations.

Stay on top of emerging trends in têxtile design, color palettes, and fabric techniques. Use this research to inspire and create fresh design concepts that resonate with market demands.

Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings to ensure smooth production workflows and to meet quality standards.

Working on Adobe Photoshop to work on designs.

Partner with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with quality standards, offering support as needed during production.

Actively participate in design presentations and meetings, communicating design concepts effectively and confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.

Assist in the development of seasonal collections and product lines, ensuring designs meet customer preferences, market trends, and business goals.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and têxtile design programs (preferred).

Experience working in the têxtile digital printing industry (preferred) 2-3 Years.

Freshers with background in Graphic designing and printing wanting to work in têxtile designing can apply.

Able to commute to the location.
