- Excellent Presentation & Documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Eye for details and target oriented person
- Should be motivated and self-starter
- Six sigma certification minimum Green Belt will be an added advantage
- MBA / Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 14 to 20 years of experience in managing a team of 150 - 200 FTEs in the Utilities BPS
- Expertise in managing Street Works/Smart Metering/Field metered billing exceptions will be preferred
