Exciting opportunity in a **MNC** at **Jaipur**, for a Corporate **Sourcer** with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in talent solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures
- .
- **Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.**
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System. **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's /Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field**:

- Proven experience in recruiting talent solutions roles**
**-Proven Experience in Finance and Accounting profile Sourcing ( R to R, P to P, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable etc..)**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
