**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- **Business** Partnering and Support**
- Coordinate with corporate finance / other functional stakeholders to provide inputs for structuring of critical transactions / Products / Market Launches etc.
- Provide support to business (marketing, business development teams) for analyzing and structuring of Revenue products / streams for consideration in the drafting of agreements with vendors / customers
- Support Commercial & Network functions contracts terms & conditions and analysis of accounting implications
- Providing Accounting guidance / Process guidance for New Products / New Business & tie-ups
- New Product Support & Guidelines
- Enable seamless support to business for smooth and speedy implementation, Timely information to Reporting team for impacting changes arising out of various inputs from governing bodies (MCA, ITFG etc.)
- Compliance under Companies Act requiring financial support like CARO compliance, XBRL filing, MSME returns etc.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships including conducting due diligence, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing relationships with partners
- Improving operational efficiency or identifying areas where collaboration can lead to cost savings or process improvements and implementing initiatives to achieve these efficiencies.
- Driving revenue growth by leveraging partnerships / identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services
- Review of BSE/NSE Filing / XBRL
- Liaison with the statutory auditors to ensure smooth quarterly and annual audit of books.
- Act as a key interface between SSC and clusters for resolving matters, aligning positions
- Review and assessment of critical contracts from accounting and compliance perspective
- Drive critical and significant projects
- Provide inputs and actively involved in ERP integration
- Review of Bad debts write off note
- Continuous improvement and innovation seek opportunities to improve existing partnerships or explore new ones to drive innovation within the business.
- Review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all verticals (P2P, OTC, Revenue Accounting, APA etc.)

Chartered Accountant

Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Hyperion.
