**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Provide additional academic support to students who need help.
- Encourage students to participate in mathematical competitions and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field. **B.Ed. is mandatory.**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, including experiential learning.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and practical learning methods.
