***Job brief**
We are looking for a smart and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal
support business operations effectively

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Handle confidential information securely and with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the C-suite and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and office organization.
- Utilize Excel effectively for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for decision-making and problem-solving.
- Manage and support project activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
productivity tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East).
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
