**Job Title**: Associate Group UX Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and functionality of products.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

**Experience**:

- Min. 12 years of experience required for this position.
