We are hiring architects to take charge of our projects from the initial client briefing through to the completion of construction. The role involves managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, as well as leading and coordinating project teams throughout the entire process.

A successful architect will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of technical design expertise, and the ability to produce designs that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also innovative and sustainable.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Project Planning and Design:

- Conceptual Design: Develop initial ideas and concepts based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that meet the client’s needs while adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.

2) Client Interaction:

- Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Presentation: Present design proposals, including drawings and models, to clients for approval.
- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on client feedback and preferences.

3) Coordination with Other Professionals:

- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers (structural, electrical, mechanical), contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and align with project goals.
- Consultation: Coordinate with site engineers, landscape architects, and other specialists as needed.

4) Project Management:

- Budget Management: Estimate project costs and help manage the budget throughout the project.
- Timeline Oversight: Develop project timelines and ensure that all stages of the design and construction process are completed on schedule.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and address any issues that arise during construction.

5) Construction Documentation:

- Blueprints: Create detailed blueprints and construction documents that guide the construction team.
- Specifications: Provide detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods.

**Required skills and Expertise**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Architecture
- Mandatory Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, And rendering softwares such as lumion or vray & AI to improve efficiency is an added benefit.
- Knows developing families in Revit and maintain a library of the same
- Make regular MOM for every discussion with the clients
- Experience in all phases of the design process from concept/schematic design through the bid process and construction administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and people management skills
- You should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team.
