Job Description for HR Executive and Admin Manager:
This position entails enhancing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management/succession planning, and supporting daily operations and ongoing process improvement. Responsibilities also include managing employee benefits, ensuring accurate reporting, preparing financial records related to compensation and benefits, creating invoices as necessary, and following up with vendors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
