**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver a hands-on, industry-oriented curriculum incorporating real-world case studies and analytics tools.
- Guide students in research projects, internships, and capstone projects.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and pursue funded research projects.
- Develop collaborations with industry partners for live projects, guest lectures, and placements.
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic administration.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Business Analytics and integrate them into teaching and research.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Ph.D./Master’s** in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, research, or industry roles in analytics.
- Ability to mentor students and engage in academic leadership activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on experiential learning.
