**Job Title: Student Counselor - Distance Education**

**Salary**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students interested in distance education programs.
- Assist students in understanding program details, admission requirements, and career prospects.

**Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle a high volume of calls (100-130 calls per day) efficiently and professionally.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students to provide information and address inquiries.

**Admission Process**:

- Guide students through the admission process, including form filling and document submission.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of distance education programs offered by Eduwin.
- Effectively communicate program features and benefits to prospective students.

**Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to contribute to overall team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling, preferably in distance education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality.
- Understanding of the distance education landscape and programs.
- Proficient in English and Malayalam languages.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with student inquiries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if necessary.
