**Role Overview:

As the Operations Executive, you will handle the end-to-end operations for order processing, including coordination with delivery drivers and addressing customer grievances. You should be well-versed in e-commerce operations, particularly the logístical challenges faced by companies who do last mile delivery like Dunzo. Your role will involve managing daily operations efficiently, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and utilizing your technical skills to optimize processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

**Manage Order Processing:

- **
- Oversee the entire order processing workflow, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.

**Handle Customer Grievances:

- **
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and grievances professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

**Coordinate with Delivery Partners:

- **
- Work closely with delivery partners to streamline logistics and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor delivery performance and address any challenges that arise.

**Operational Efficiency:

- **
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
- Utilize Excel and other tech tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

**Tech-Savvy and Data-Driven:

- **
- Leverage technology to enhance operational processes and address logístical challenges.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics-focused role.
- Experience handling logistics and operations similar to last-mile delivery companies like Dunzo
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tech tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of e-commerce operational processes.
