**Roles and Responsibilities**

Day to day, your main assignments would be- Managing relationships with existing Merchants
- Identify new Merchants and bringing them on board.
- Adherence to reimbursement norms for Merchant partners.
- Should monitor competition activity
- Improve brand visibility and generate income through promotion and advertising.
- Zero rejection and no excess charges to the end user.
- Work more closely with Acquirer’s like FDC, Pine Lab & Innoviti for deploying shared

terminals- Educating Merchants to log complains with Acquirer’s for any Terminal issues
- Activation & Deployment of QR Codes in Standalone Retailers
- Educating Merchants to use Merchant Portal for tracking his transactions &
reimbursement payments- Driving all activities of the Acquiring lifecycle - Merchant Sales, Activation & Servicing

- Good Knowledge on excel for data analysis for his region
