- Monitor and report on quality metrics and system deficiencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions75.
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and work instructions12.
- Train and support staff at all levels on QMS processes and compliance requirements526.
- Liaise with all stakeholders, including customers, auditors, and internal teams, to ensure quality expectations are met45.
- Manage root cause analysis, complaint resolution, and process improvement projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
