We are looking for a proactive and organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our **office-based team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu**. You will support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and manage calendars.
- Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
