We are having open position for Electrical Draughtsman at HVAX Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Position : Electrical Draughtsman
Job Location : Kanjurmarg
Salary : Negotiable As per standards and experience
Experience : 3 years - 9 Years in HVAC Pharma Industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

v Preparation of Load Sizing, transformer sizing, cable Sizing, DG sizing, UPS & Battery sizing, Earthing Calculation & Lightning Protection Calculation, conductor sizing calculation for Plant & Switchyard.

v Preparation of Single line diagram (SLD), lighting layout, lightning layout, Earthing layout, Cable routing layout for Plant & Switchyard.

v Preparation Switchyard layout & Electrical Switchgear room layout.

v Protection system of electrical equipment's.(like Transformer, Motor, Busbars, DG) Calculation of earthing system (sizing of main earth strip, conductor), Lightning protection system as per IS/IEC/IEEE std.Calculation of lighting system.

v Preparation of Power cable, Control cable & Interconnection Schedule for Plant & Switchyard.

v Preparation of specifications, Data sheets,for various electrical equipment 's. Reviewing & commenting vendor drawings & documents. Carrying out Technical Bid analysis, expedite with vendor for all electrical equipment's, carrying out inspections etc.

v Knowledge in Electrical Engineering Codes & standards (IS/ IEC/IEEE).

v Power system study Viz Short circuit study, Load Flow Study & Motor Starting Study

v Autocad working in designing of Basic Layouts on Pharma Plants.

v Preparation of Lighting & Power Looping Layout. (Internal & External)

v Preparation of Lighting & Power Circuiting with conduit Layout. (Internal & External)

v Preparation of Lighting & Power DB Distribution.

v Preparation of DB Distribution SLD format (AutoCAD & exle)

v Preparation of Power Raceway layout.

v Preparation of Data & Voice layout.

v Preparation of FA-PA layout. With Schematic

v Preparation of Earthing layout. With Schematic

v Preparation of Telephone Schematic

v Preparation of Tv Schematic

v Preparation of Power Schematic

v Preparation of Cctv Schematic

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
