Inlogic is an product base MNC organization, looking for Tele caller / Tele sales Executive in Healthcare domain for Chennai division.

Exp: 1+ Yrs

Location: chennai

**Responsibilities**
- Collect and organize the existing database of all hospitals in India
- Generate leads by cold calling and assign it to the respective sales person
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Update the outcome of each call in our CRM
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features etc. and present their benefits
- Achieve the given lead generation target
- Update LinkedIn and other Social media platforms for Digitisation solution
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in the CRM tool

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience 1 to 2 years as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in Health care domain
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Any degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
