**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive physical examinations on animals to diagnose and treat medical conditions
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as necessary
- Provide emergency medical care when needed
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding animal health issues and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary medicine research and developments
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance professional skills

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state veterinary license and DEA license
- 1+ years of experience as a practicing veterinarian
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards pet and pet parents
- Proficient in common veterinary procedures and surgeries
