**CUSTOMER RETENTION PROCESS**
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Excellent English Communication Skills needed.
- Handling customer complaints also providing them with solutions, upselling, also to retain customers.
- Ability to take Inbound calls.
**In hand Salary upto 30k (Depending on last drawn)**
**Excellent communications mandate.**
- Minimum 6 months of International customer service/ Sales, Upsell, Retention experience.
- Excellent English Communication needed.
- Available in rotational shift and rotational off.
- Ready to work in 24*7 Shift (any 9 hours of working)

**Hexaware location Boundaries**:
1. Ambernath - Ghatkopar (Central Line)
2. Thane - Panvel (Trans Harbour)
3. Vashi - Chembur (Harbour Line)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
