**Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer **orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams**:

- **Support sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and client communication**:

- Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and maintaining customer records
- **Follow up with clients for Overdue payments and documentation**:

- Handle customer **enquiries and provide information about products**:

- Coordinate for **credit/debit notes, invoices, and other documentation**:

- Ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,565.79 - ₹37,397.68 per month
