**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join a Real Estate Company as a Sales Executive on an immediate basis.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for setting sales targets and generating sales leads. You will also be responsible for developing full-proof sales strategies for the company. In addition to this, you will also be required to handle customers' queries and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market analysis of current land rates/rates of other projects around the area
- Decide Sales Strategy based on analysis to achieve necessary targets
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Outline payment schedules, price structures on approval of management
- Prepare presentation files for respective projects
- Follow up with enquiries
- Handle complaints
- Files to be handed over to legal department for timely uploading of agreements
- Co-ordinate with clients for site visits and set them accordingly
- Guide customers for booking of flat, sanction loans to hand over
- Provide with after sale services
- Final checks to be done and receive go ahead from staff at respective sites, before possession given

**Requirements**:

- Konkani Speaking
- Proficiency in English to draft mails
- Self
- motivated with sales driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering captivating presentations
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a real estate company
