**Job Title**: HVAC & Utility Maintenance Engineer
**Experience**: 3 - 10 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:HVAC Operation & Maintenance**
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, and air compressors.
- Monitor and control environmental conditions as per **Clean Room Classification (ISO 14644 / GMP standards)**.
- Perform **preventive maintenance**, **troubleshooting**, and **breakdown resolution**.
- Maintain records of HVAC O&M activities.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC-related audits and validation protocols.

**Boiler Operation**
- Operate and maintain boilers as per **IBR guidelines** and internal SOPs.
- Monitor steam generation parameters, fuel consumption, and equipment health.
- Ensure **energy-efficient boiler operation** and implement safety procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing for optimal performance and compliance.

**Water Treatment & RO Systems**
- Operate and monitor **Water Treatment Plants (WTP)**, **Reverse Osmosis (RO)**, and **De-Mineralization (DM)** plants.
- Ensure water quality standards are met as per process or regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation related to water quality parameters, calibration logs, and equipment maintenance.
