**This role can be on-site (Nutley, NJ), hybrid, or FULLY remote**
- **PhD, PharmD, or MD**:
- **3 + years of experience in pharmaceutical industry**:
- Experience with **learning management systems** and **distant learning platforms** preferred
- **Scientific training and teaching experience** preferred
**Administration and Operational Support**
- ** Schedule training sessions (global, regional, and individual onboarding)**:
- **Identify key congress material and add to reference library**:
- Reference **library management** including keeping up with published literature, uploading key papers and congress materials to library, maintaining reference library catalog, and updating training guides.
- **Maintain training records**
- Distribute training materials and keep training and educational databases current.
- **Maintain SharePoint sites** with current resources and up to date information.
- Provide congress support, including formatting and finalizing reports and congress specific training materials. Ability to understand data from congresses is key for accurate reports.
- Prepare materials for education sessions.
**Medical Training Program Support**
- **Coordinates, creates, and communicates schedules for global field medical training and certification.**
***- Ensures trainees have access to resources
- Regularly updates reference, **keeps databases current and training materials once content development is completed**.
**- Ability to assist in and lead disease state training of medical teams including managing and creating the curriculum.**
- Ability to understand, absorb content from, and keep current on scientific literature.
**Digital Platform Support**:
- **Ability to analyze scientific and medical based insights and create disease or topic specific reports and dashboards based on strategy and needs.**:
- Support training of AI based platforms used in Medical Affairs by correcting and flagging errors. Update information within platforms to ensure information is current and up to date.
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- **PhD, PharmD, or MD required**:
- **Research or work experience in oncology preferred**:
- **3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred**:
- Experience with learning management systems and distant learning platforms preferred
**- Scientific training and teaching experience preferred**

Internal / External Contacts / Reporting Structure
**- Position reports directly to Executive Director, Global Medical Excellence, Global Medical Affairs**
- External contacts include working with vendors, agencies, or other external partners.
**Company requires all contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide valid proof of vaccination as of their start date to their employer/supplier, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
