User Access Control Associate

Provide high-quality, cost effective market data administrative support, including day to day administration, support, and vendor management activities related to Market Data and Research Services. Invoice processing.

**Responsibilities**
- Process invoices, reconcile invoices against the inventory, determine cost center allocations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and process through to approval
- Manage and update an inventory of Market Data services and associated costs
- Participate in budget review and forecasting activity in conjunction with NA and EMEA teams to facilitate submission to Finance
- Manage 3rd party client system access, ensure end user access is re certified periodically, recorded as complete, and the inventory updated
- Handle any service requests from client base and investigate across a variety of resources to identify answer or appropriate response
- Ensure compliance to our corporate vendor oversight obligations through EVMO adherence
- Participate in Vendor Risk Assessment calls for Tier 2, 3, and 4 vendors, owns all subsequent actions with vendors through to completion, and completes within agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with team on audits, installations, and removal of services
- Partner with team on system improvements, process enhancements, and ad-hoc projects as requested
- Support vanilla contract renewals, engage with internal business users and vendors, ensuring corporate policies and procedures are adhered to and all information repositories are correctly updated

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-3 years working in a financial institution or similar industry

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience of MDSL or similar market data inventory management tool *desirable*

Experience of SAP ARIBA *desirable*
