- Creating and updating safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards.
- Developing and delivering safety training programs for employees.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:

- Monitoring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigating accidents and incidents, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- **Promoting Safety Culture**:

- Encouraging a positive safety culture where employees feel responsible for their own and others' safety.
- Communicating safety information to employees and management.
- Addressing employee safety concerns and complaints.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and assessing workplace situations to ensure employee safety.
- Correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Collaborating with other departments to address safety issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough accident investigations and prepare reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹10,475.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
