**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Massage Therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a passion for holistic wellness and a desire to embark on a rewarding career in massage therapy. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, health conditions, and preferences to tailor massage sessions accordingly.
- **Massage Therapy Sessions**: Perform various types of massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, based on individual client requirements.
- **Professional Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort, address concerns, and provide information on post-massage care.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the massage therapy area clean, organized, and sanitized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sessions, and any relevant notes.
- **Continuing Education**: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other wellness professionals and staff to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to massage therapy, ensuring a professional and ethical practice.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal client base, encouraging repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized massage therapy training program is a plus.
- **License/Certification**: Obtain and maintain the necessary state or local license to practice massage therapy.
- **Physical Fitness**: Possess physical stamina and strength required for performing massage therapy tasks.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
- **Professionalism**: Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude, maintaining confidentiality and respecting client boundaries.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- **Passion for Wellness**: Genuine interest in promoting holistic well-being and helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals.

**Training**:

Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
