**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Procure to Pay processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the end-to-end P2P cycle including procurement invoicing and payment processes.
- Provide expert guidance on P2P best practices and industry standards to internal teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex P2P issues to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align P2P processes with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for P2P processes ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of P2P processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on P2P processes and tools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of P2P processes.
- Implement process improvements and automation to streamline P2P operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders invoices and payments.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities related to P2P.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any P2P-related issues and maintain strong relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong technical background in Finance
- Procure to Pay with at least 4 years of experience.
- Have domain expertise in Procurement Finance and Accounting.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in P2P tools and software.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of P2P best practices and industry standards.
- Have experience in conducting audits and assessments of P2P processes.
- Show the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Certifications Required**

Certified P2P Professional (CPP) Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)
