Job Description:
VR Revankar Hospital, a renowned healthcare facility in Bangalore, is seeking experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our dedicated team. The Staff Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care and assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Ensure that patient care documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as required.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff and students as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Karnataka Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in medical-surgical, critical care, or specialty units.
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing patient-centered care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹47,130.77 per month
