Job Description:

- Handle day to day chats for client websites, resolve customer queries as Item availability, ETA, Order modification, Order Status, Returns, Reward points & Technical issues.
- Contact manufacturers for PO inquiries, technical questions, Price lists, etc.
- Processing orders of clients through seller panels on the various marketplaces.
- Processing returns, issuing RMA, Processing Refunds, contacting carriers for shipment updates if there are any delays.
- Reviewing Customer feedback on website and third-party channels and responding to them accordingly. w
- Well versed with MS Excel and social media marketing.
- Maintaining follow up with all e-commerce portals for resolving any kind of issues.
- Submitting an activity report on a daily basis to the manager for the respective clients.
- Must have knowledge to operate Online Selling portals and relevant CS knowledge

Competency Requirements:

- Proficiency in Spoken and Written English is Required.
- Good command over MS Office and MS Excel and Internet usage skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts & weekends
- Relevant Customer Service experience is required

Work Experience: Experienced(1-3yrs)

Job Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduates

Compensation Package: As per industry

Shift Details:
Work from Home

5 days a week

7Pm IST to 4Am IST

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
