Plastic Supervisor

**Role: Plastic Supervisor**

**Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employee**

**Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.**

**Oversee and coach employees.**

**Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.**

**Check production output according to specifications.**

**Responsibility Deliverable**

**Scheduling work hours and shifts.**

**Coordinating job rotations and cross training.**

**Providing real time feedback on workers performance.**

**Providing reports and activity updates to manager.**

**To supervise manufacturing activities on shop floor.**

**To prepare and execute day to day production planning and maintain cGMP and safety practice of individual section of manufacturing.**

**To supervise the work to the operator and complete the production as per plan.**

**To inform requirement of consumable of machines and raise indent to seniors.**

**To maintain maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment’s in individual section.**

**To ensure cGMP compliance in Plastic section for all audits observations (Internal/External Audits).**

**To participate to carry out investigation with reference to lower yield and abnormalities during manufacturing.**

**To supervise about the personnel’s health for any type of contagious diseases, skin lesions, open wounds etc. and inform to superiors in case of any type causality in the department.**

**To supervise the manufacturing process, cleaning process and update stage wise entries and other relevant records.**

**To supervise that status labels during manufacturing and follow corrective and preventive action.**

**To update log books and maintain online records.**

**To give suggestions with reference to cost saving / productivity improvement in yield and better working.**

**To maintain housekeeping of respective section and maintain record.**

**To maintain environmental conditions during operation in Plastic section.**

**To maintain the section in presentable manner.**

**In absence, charge shall be handed over to the designee.**

**Any other task assigned by reporting manager/seniors.**

**Must have knowledge of Extruder & Material (PVC and Non-PVC)**

**Functional Reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.**

**Should have 1 to 3 years of Experience**

**C-Pet (Plastic) - Diploma**

**Graduate + C-Pet (Plastics)**

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
