Bouncer

**Job Summary**: The Bouncer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors at ITS Dental College. This role involves monitoring entrances and exits, maintaining order during events, and addressing any disruptive behavior in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Monitoring**: Oversee the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all individuals on campus.
- **Event Management**: Assist in managing events by monitoring guest behavior and maintaining a peaceful environment.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and diffuse conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or security threats, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- **Surveillance**: Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities and report any suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance and information to students and visitors, promoting a welcoming environment while enforcing college policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physically fit and capable of handling potentially challenging situations.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security and safety.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
