**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Closure**: Pitch about our banking products
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, following company protocols and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and report on common issues or areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Freshers / Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- relevant technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: 12,000-18,000

**Incentive**: 10,000 plus
