Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Calendar Management:
Manage and organize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring effective time management.

Handle travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Ensure timely reminders and prepare the MD for meetings by providing necessary documents and background information.

Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments on behalf of the MD.

Filter and prioritize incoming information and requests.

Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.

Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of important business documents.

Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

Coordination & Liaison:
Coordinate with family members, board members, and senior staff.

Serve as a bridge between the MD and internal departments.

Follow up on delegated tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.

Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Protect the privacy of the MD and family members.

Office & Personal Support:
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

Manage expenses, bills, and payments related to personal and professional activities.

Organize events or gatherings as per the MD’s requirements

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable).

Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling correspondence and documentation.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

Discretion & Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Interpersonal Skills: Polished and professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.

Qualification - you may go for Graudates with 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary in a family owned business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
